Shipping Policy
NOTE: DUE TO OUR LARGE INVENTORY, WE HAVE MULTIPLE WAREHOUSE HOLDINGS AND THEREFORE ORDERS WILL ARRIVE INDIVIDUALLY.
Please allow 2-4 weeks to receive your item. It may take slightly longer for countries outside the US (including US states outside the mainland). For some European countries, it may take up to 30 days to receive your item. Please contact us if it has been more than 45 days and you have not received your item.
Order Processing & Shipping Times
Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after purchase.
Shipping Time: Most orders arrive within up to 10-15 business days after processing, depending on location and carrier transit times.
Delays: In rare cases, external factors may cause shipping to take longer. If your order is delayed, please contact us, and we’ll be happy to assist you.
Shipping Delays & Refund Requests
If your order is delayed due to unforeseen shipping carrier issues, we kindly ask you to wait up to 30 business days before requesting a refund or replacement.
We are not responsible for carrier delays, customs holds, or unforeseen logistics issues.
Please allow 2-4 BUSINESS DAYS PROCESSING TIME, and longer in case of holiday. Please note for some very high-demand items it may take over 2-4 WEEKS SHIPPING TIME due to reproduction and restocking depending on your shipping location. Items may be shipped in separate packages with no additional shipping charges.
- Cancellation and Changes: Cancellation of your order or any changes in your order is only allowed up to 24 hours from your order time. If it exceeds 24 hours, we are not able to cancel or change the order.
Tracking Information: We will send tracking numbers for your packages to your email address when we receive them from our carriers. In most cases, tracking will be available. Sometimes shipping takes longer than expected due to unforeseen circumstances or holiday periods. We thank you for your patience in these situations.
Please note: We are unable to issue refunds while an order is still in transit. If your package appears delayed, we encourage you to reach out to our support team so we can investigate and ensure it reaches you as quickly as possible.

We do not allow refunds due to shipping times. Our Shipping information is provided on the product page, and on the shipping information page. It explains that the shipping takes between 2-4 weeks. If you do not wish to keep the item once you have received it, you can return it for a refund.
